Owensville: Lil' OWLs Storytime - Thursdays at 4:30pm

Pacific: Thursdays at 10am & Saturdays at 11am

St. Clair: Thursdays  at 11am

Sullivan: Tuesdays at 10am

Union: Preschool Storytime - Wednesdays & Saturdays at 10am

     Union branch | Storytime with a Computer ProgrammerSaturday, February 20 | 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. | Computer programmer Jonas Temple will read to our preschool storytime children.

     Union branch | Family Fort Night & Stuffed Animal SleepoverFriday, March 18 | 5:30 p.m. | Wear your jammies and bring your stuffed animal and a blanket to the branch. Leave your stuffed animal at the branch for a sleepover, and then come to Storytime the next morning at 10am to pick up your animal and see what they did after everyone left!

Books-by-Mail for the Homebound: Books, audiobooks on CD, music on CD, and DVDs delivered to patrons who cannot get to a library branch because of health, mobility, advanced age, permanent or temporary incapacity.

2015 Library of the Year

Scenic Regional Library has been awarded the Missouri Library Association's 2015 Library of the Year Award due to the library's successful tax levy increase last April, consolidation into a single district, dramatic expansion of services throughout this year, and impending merger with the Sullivan Public Library.

East Central College (ECC) offers English Language Acquisition (ELA) classes, formerly known as English as a Second Language, at the Missouri Career Center in Washington.  Scenic Regional Library has partnered with East Central College by providing the instructional and testing materials for the program.
