Show the world!  Use your artistic side and submit a portrait of your selected special person/hero on an 8 X 12 piece of paper.  We will display your work in the library's art gallery sometime during the summer.  Submissions will be accepted during the month of May.  Please include your name and phone number on the back.  Thank you for sharing!

Superheroes and villians duel every Friday night in June in our meeting room.  Bring comfy seating and snacks.  Family friendly film series runs Friday, June 5th-June 26th.

Don your cape, grab your light saver, jump in your TARDIS, and join us for a celebration of the best in pop culture.  With special appearances from the Star Wars fans of the 501st Legion and the Gateway Superfriends.  Panels from noon to 2:00 pm.  Intergalactic games, creation stations, and photo opportunities from 2:00-4:00pm.

Every Hero Has a Story:  To Kill a Mockingbird Writing Contest

May 26-June 30, 2015

Go Set a Watchman, Harper Lee's soon to be released book, features many of the characters from To Kill a Mockingbird some twenty years later.  We challenge you to write a brief epilogue to the famous book before the new title is released.
