Yoga instructor Cheryl will teach this class which is designed to teach the yogic breath (pranayama), focus or gaze (drishti). You will be introduced to these basics to better enjoy your yoga practice and gain the most from your efforts. The warmups will be introduced (Sun salutations). This is a great introductory class for anyone wishing to begin a yoga practice, or even just deepen your current practice.
Please bring a Yoga mat if you have one, a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing that is layered.
