Interlibrary Loan Clerk
Scenic Regional Library is seeking qualified candidates to fill a full-time Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Clerk position at its Headquarters location in Union.
The ILL Clerk is responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing interlibrary loan requests for Scenic Regional Library and Missouri Evergreen (average sorting of 1,500-2,500 items per day). Efficiently and correctly sorts and labels both the District and regional courier deliveries. This position collaborates with regional courier delivery service to ensure materials are labeled properly and delivery problems are promptly resolved.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent. Must be able to manage detail, recognize and set priorities, meet deadlines, work quickly and accurately, follow directions, and maintain confidentiality. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, push and pull carts weighing up to 200 pounds, bend, stoop and reach shelving from floor level to 6 feet high, and stand or walk for at least 4-6 hours at a time.
Starting salary is $38,006.58. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, retirement plan, and employer-provided health insurance.

Library Assistant
Scenic Regional Library’s Warrenton branch is seeking qualified applicants to fill a part-time position. The position involves working at the circulation desk assisting patrons to find materials and answering reference questions, assisting patrons with technology-related questions and issues, and includes other general clerical duties. This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs. The salary starts at $18.28 per hour for 10-14 hours per week, including day, evening, and Saturday hours. Benefits include paid time off (PTO) earned for hours worked. A high school diploma, good computer skills, and customer service experience are required.
