To use the wireless Internet, connect to the wireless network name (SSID) Scenic. No password or key is required to connect to the network.

Once the connection is established, open a web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari), and wait for the log-in screen to appear. Read the Scenic Regional Library Acceptable Wireless Network User Agreement and click the Continue to the Internet button to proceed.

The wireless networks at Scenic Regional Library are not encrypted. This means that any traffic sent back and forth between the computer and the Internet could potentially be read by any other person connected to the network. Therefore, Scenic Regional Library recommends that patrons do not use online banking, or visit other sites with highly sensitive personal information, while using our wireless network.
