Hallye Bone is an historian, author, and lecturer about quilts as well as a certified quilt appraiser by the American Quilter’s Society, Paducah KY. Appraisals are helpful for insurance coverage, estates, gift giving, donation purposes, and to achieve a fair market value if selling a quilt.
