Teen Summer Reading Program 2018

Are you ready to take the Libraries ROCK! challenge? This summer, teens can participate in the Summer Reading Program in more ways than ever before. Plus, you can win great prizes. Use the hashtag #SRLReads18 on social media to participate and connect with other patrons, too.
Stop by your local branch and pick up a challenge form to participate. The form lists multiple reading challenges such as reading a graphic novel or reading a book with the word “Rock” in the title. This year, we have added new challenges such as attending programs, learning to use Tutor.com, and even posting a photo of yourself reading! Check off the challenges as you complete them, and write down the name of the book, magazine, or event in the space provided.

LIBRARIES ROCK!
Once you complete 3 challenges, bring the form back to your local branch. You’ll receive a free book of your choice. You’ll also be entered into an end-of-summer drawing for prizes including a karaoke microphone/speaker, a disco light, a backpack and more!

For each additional challenge you complete, you will earn an additional entry into the end-of-summer drawing. For help on finding your next challenge, check out our resources below:
